It is always a pleasure going for service at Parks Lincoln (or at least as pleasurable as that type of situation can be). All the service and office staff I met there are extremely nice and courteou Lincoln (or at least as pleasurable as that type of situation can be). All the service and office staff I met there are extremely nice and courteous, making what could be an annoying trip very palatable. My service adviser, Larry Mills, is always extremely friendly, remembers my name and more important to me, remembers my car. He is very knowledgeable, and can and will discuss not only my current maintenance or service needs but projected future needs and the timing of the projected service as well. Since my schedule is very tight and I do not live or work near the dealership, he is willing to try to squeeze me in when he can and works with my staff when necessary to get my service scheduled. He is an asset to the dealership and to Lincoln. If he treats all his clients like he treats me, Parks has a lot of satisfied customers. More
From the moment we set foot on Parks property, we were made to feel like family. The sales person greeted us outside as we arrived. A sign was posted in the lobby welcoming us to the dealership. Since we had made our car wishes known prior to arrival, a new car was parked out front for us to view. Mr. Emmrick took us through all the cars features since they were notably different than the 2006 Lincoln we were driving. We returned to the office where we settled on what we believed to be a fair price. From then onward the rest of the transaction was simple. Within an hour we were driving away in our new Lincoln MKZ. Had we not received a letter prior to our visit from Marco Persach, we would not have known the place existed, as we reside in St. Petersburg, Florida. All of our previous Lincoln's had been purchased from Scarritt Motors, which no longer existed. This timely letter was the turning point in our decision to drive an hour to to see what Parks Lincoln had to offer. It turned out to be an hour well spent. We have been coming to this dealership for years and have always been pleased with the level of attention and service we receive. He, like Bill, was honest and listened to our needs and wants. He didn't try to push something on us we didn't want and was very patient with us. He worked with Nick to get us the best deal they could and we leased a new MKX from them. During the paperwork process, typically unpleasant, Jason and Nick were competent and thorough, explaining the details as they went along. After we had completed the purchase Jason sat with us for another 10 or 15 minutes to make sure we understood the basics of the car's systems. On March 3, my wife and I visited the Parks Lincoln Dealership of Tampa to look at the new 2013 MKX Lincoln. We were cordially greeted by Guy Sas,new car salesman, who took us around the lot showing us Dealership of Tampa to look at the new 2013 MKX Lincoln. This being our 3rd MKX, he carefully pointed out the new or updated features of these beautiful cars. After walking around for a while we went inside to talk price.We are from PA.so there were some questions from us about registering the car. At that time,Nick Cherok, the business manager, came in to explain the process. We worked on a deal for the car but because it was Sunday,he needed information from PA that not be gotten. Nick said he would call me on Monday morning after he talked to people in the PA tax dept. After calling me right when he said he would, we worked everything out and the deal was done. Shortly after that, Guy Sas ,called to tell me that our car would be ready at 3:00 . I was floored that everything came together so quickly. Guy told me to call him with any questions that I thought of and I took him up on that offer. When we arrived to pick up our car, it was sitting in a prominent place that we couldn't help seeing-it looked beautiful! The paper work was made very easy for us and the financial guys got us to our new car quickly. Guy took us around and introduced us to other members of the dealership including Cara Marquis, the service manager.It was now time to take possession of our new car. Nick came into Guys office and he held a nice Lincoln box that had the keys inside-a nice touch and finish to a very pleasant experience.We can't say enough how happy we are. In 3 years, since we come to St.Pete Beach every winter,we'll certainly be back for our next Lincoln. Thank You More
