I brought my Mercury Mariner SUV in for its 90k tune-up on 12/5/13 and as always I had a wonderful experience with the Parks Lincoln service department. I spoke with Bill Mitchell the day before to get a cost estimate. He was very thorough in explaining the various services my SUV needed, as well as an estimate for the cost. When I brought it in on the day of servicing, Mr. Mitchell was scheduled to be off that day, but he had left explicit instructions for other service members as to what we had discussed. I had worked with Larry Mills before and again, he took me under his wing and referred to Bill's information when we discussed what items we were going to have done that day. It is always a pleasant experience to pull up in the always clean service area, with the astute service greeters, always saying good morning and being very helpful as I waited to speak with Larry. I have complete confidence in all work done on my SUV by the Parks Lincoln service personnel. I know they strive to take good care of me, and my SUV. This is my fourth vehicle purchased and serviced by Parks (formerly Northgate) Lincoln Mercury -- and the excellent service I receive is the reason I'll always purchase my vehicles from Parks! More

My wife and I can't say enough good things about this dealership. The service personnel are absolutely outstanding and I must not forget those in the body shop. I could take our car for service to Lakeland, much closer, but for all service work, we'd rather go to Parks. Notwithstanding that is where we purchased our MKX. We have now bought two of the MKX from Parks and have not regretted either for a minute. I praise this dealership to all those interested in buying a Lincoln product. My wife and I stopped at Parks Lincoln of Tampa that day for the first time with intentions of only looking at color options. We were greeted by Joe Spears. As it turned out, he spent several hours with us, for the first time with intentions of only looking at color options. We were greeted by Joe Spears. As it turned out, he spent several hours with us, showing us different vehicles, going over options and features, going for test drives, answering all our questions, etc. Besides being courteous and friendly we found him to be most knowledgeable about the vehicles. (This has not always been the case with our visits to other dealerships). To summarize, we ended up buying a new MKZ and taking it home with us that same day. That was not our original plan, but our comfort level with working with Joe Spears and his salesmanship made the difference. More
Bobby was friendly and knew what I was looking for. He was patient and realized I needed to see if my 94 year old mother could handle all the new electronics on the car. It was also handy that when I was taking out all the stuff from the old Lincoln to put into the new car, he did a final check and discovered that I forgot my transponder. I would not even have missed it till I got a bill for the use of the Crosstown. The staff are always very nice at the dealership, which explains why we always get the car serviced there. More
