My past few experiences there at Lincoln has not been good. My service advisor does not always exemplify the best customer service, especially when you first walk in. Instead of greeting you with a good good. My service advisor does not always exemplify the best customer service, especially when you first walk in. Instead of greeting you with a good morning or good afternoon, she will either say I'll be with you.......or she won't say anything and then will eventually let you know that she'll be with you as soon as she can. She just seems very overwhelmed MOST of the time until your vehicle is done and ready to go. More

If I could actually leave minus 100 stars this is what they would get. The Service Department admin is rude and hangs up on you. Zero accountability at all levels. From the time I dropped my Lincoln MKS for services, very shady with prices to repair car. I looked into getting a rebuilt engine. I asked for an estimate in writing for a used and remanufactured engine and received one written on a Ticket by the salesperson Richard Harris. I called two other Lincoln dealerships to compare prices and Lincoln was overcharging me and tripling their price for the same used and Remanufactured engine. Overcharged us by double for repair services they said they rendered. We were told it would be $276 to diagnose and this amount goes towards repairs and then we were told it would cost $400 to replace the head gasket. I had a dispute with the Service Repair Charge Richard added to the bill to purchase a Certified pre-own car. They added $850.00 to the sales document, then the disrespect began. I feel this because I am an African American woman who was with a young Caucasian woman. Harris and this finance guy began talking to the Caucasian woman and totally ignored me at the table like I didn't even exist at this point. Mind you, I am the one who is purchasing the vehicle with my cash money. I brought it to their attention loudly and shared I would NOT buy anything from them because they are disrespecting me. I got a tow to get my Lincoln. There was a very rude and unprofessional person, Sydney, at the Service Department desk who was only concerned with getting off work at 5 p.m. and shared she has to be at dinner. Her manager shared for her to charge us the $676.00. Where is our invoice for services supposedly rendered? Why were you charging us triple for the used engine and the remanufactured engine? Why are your employees rude and disrespectful? It’s because your business is dishonest and cannot be trusted. More
