Parks said they order parts to repair my 2022 Tacoma and they took 2 months and still didn't have the parts. They could never give me an estimate of how long the repair would take even with the insurance cl they took 2 months and still didn't have the parts. They could never give me an estimate of how long the repair would take even with the insurance claim having 32 hours allocated. All I wanted was to know was when the parts come in would it take more than a month to repair based on my rental car terms and they could never deliver parts or give me an idea on the time the repair would take. Eventually I decided to take my Tacoma to Impex n Drew Park and it was done in 13 days. Stay away from Parks and Tony in the Collision Center because you and you vehicle will never be a priority and they have the just take a # and wait approach. More
