Parks does a wonderful job with service. Dennis is extremely helpful. The problem we have, I believe, is with the people who pick up and deliver the car. Seems to me they try to get Sirius and we do not subscribe to Sirius. I have the radio set for FM with public radio. This time I don't seem to be able to get back to it. The voice says tuning to my station but it is just static. Please tell me how to get my station back. More

I used the Valet service for the first time and it saved me from a long drive to get the car serviced for two recall notices.The persons that picked my car up and rerurned it after the car had been serviced me from a long drive to get the car serviced for two recall notices.The persons that picked my car up and rerurned it after the car had been serviced were both polite and on time.Drew kept in touch with me during the the car being serviced and also detected that I had a battery that was not putting out the correct power and the battery was replaced and that made me feel secure from a future break down! The overall service was seamless and first class. More
