I was coming from autonation Lincoln of Clearwater, I had ordered a custom Nautilus Black Label and had a really awful experience with one of the salespeople who is no longer working for them. The manager ordered a custom Nautilus Black Label and had a really awful experience with one of the salespeople who is no longer working for them. The manager there was very sweet and refunded my deposit money, and there was a salesman that I met named Raheem that was very friendly and helpful. However, I decided to go to Parks Lincoln of Tampa because they offered to bring me a sample car to test drive, after talking to Sebastian Gonzalez- Who is a very professional salesperson and is willing to provide a 5 star VIP service experience for me. He came over to my place and not only brought me the new nautilus to test drive, he explained everything and even drove me to the bank to get the cashier check to pay for it. He also was able to get my car to me ahead of schedule and drove the car to me , so , I didn’t have to go to the dealership.. I Love my new nautilus Black Label- It’s amazing !!! I offered to drive him back to the dealership, so he didn’t have to take an Uber , and ended up meeting the manager at Parks Lincoln, who was extremely nice also. I had overpaid and was refunded the extra money ( very honest dealership!) Parks Lincoln is a family owned business and they take care of you as if you’re part of the family here ! I couldn’t be happier with my experience and absolutely recommend them as well as Sebastian Gonzalez! It was such a different experience than I had previously.. I am very happy I called him. I am excited to have Parks Lincoln of Tampa as My dealership and feel secure knowing that they will be taking care of me going forward- which is extremely important because this is who will be providing services for my car for years to come and I can rest assured that I won’t have any issues whatsoever..
