Larry Mills has been my service guy for several years. As always, he is very friendly and helped me resolve a major transmission problem with my van. My transmission was giving me problems for almost 6 months and the recall repair DID resolve the problem. YEAH! He offered me a loaner car during the repair, which was greatly appreciated!! Larry! Not only was Larry personable, helpful, and knowledgeable but he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Larry went over and beyond what I would consider his job description. My tire blew on my way to work one morning and Larry sent someone out to put the spare on so I could drive it into the shop. They were not able to get a matching tire until the next day. Larry had me meet him at the shop at 7am so he could drive me to work and fix my car while I was working. I was picked up from work at 3:30 and my car was fixed!!
