I have recently purchased my 3rd lincoln at Longwood and took it in today for its first service call. Mr. Bridgeman has always been met with courteous,efficient service and answers all my questions. Today I had oil change, filter and check all levels, tires and a general check as I am going on the road next week. Also in todays visit autobutler was done. I took my car in at 1:45 and it was returned at 3:15 PM. A month ago I called and said I was having problems with tire pressure and was told to bring it in immediately, which I did. It was returned to me 45 minutes later with the tire fixed, as it had a nail in it. Again, efficient, courteous service with no charge. I have encouraged other friends to go to Longwood and they have experienced the same high level of service I have and all have been pleased. I wanted to tell you that in my opinion Brian Gurney is the best and most attentive service person I have ever dealt with. I have had many mid-high level cars from GM, Honda, Toyota, Porsche, VW, Volvo (w the best and most attentive service person I have ever dealt with. I have had many mid-high level cars from GM, Honda, Toyota, Porsche, VW, Volvo (wife’s current car), and now my Lincoln. I used to think that VW always provided the most attentive service. I went to the Lincoln because of the a/c seats over VW at the time and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Brian represents what should be considered the poster boy for Lincoln Service across the company. I have always completed the survey’s that I have received to benefit Brian, but I cannot appreciate how that complements him personally. I really wanted to find a way to say thank you to Lincoln and Brain for a wonderful experience with my car and your service department. Please recognize Brian on my behalf and consider passing this letter on to him as a personal thank you from a very grateful customer. More

The reason: I took my car in to have my AC serviced on June 5, 2004 of excellent friendly service. I recommended this dealership to friends. No more. The reason: I took my car in to have my AC serviced on June 5, 2004. The year before they tried twice to fix the same problem. But I was told I was now leaking refrigerant by Buck and my '93 had to be converted to the newer standard and the total cost would be $1,500. It was not covered by the lifetime guarantee they tout so much. Skeptical, I took my car to another repair shop. They converted the car to the new refrigerant for $56 and said they found NO leak. They said if there were a leak they would fix for free and stand behind their work. Hmmm! Pay $56 or $1,500? Can you spell R-I-P-O-F-F! More
