I always had exceptional service until this last time. The seat message wasn’t working on my passenger seat. I had an appointment for service so I called to see if they could also check the seat seat. I e The seat message wasn’t working on my passenger seat. I had an appointment for service so I called to see if they could also check the seat seat. I explained I drive a long way and didn’t want to make unnecessary trips. I was assured it was no problem. When I arrived my agent Steve wasn’t there so I was put with Buck. He told me they would not be able to look at my seat. I had to make an appointment for the following week. I was told at that appointment they couldn’t fix it that day and it would take several days. They did not have a courtesy car so Buck assured me he would call me the following week to schedule. I waited all the following week until Friday afternoon and I called Buck. The receptionist assured me I would hear from Buck soon. He did return the call 4 hours later and scheduled me for two weeks out. I brought my car back in on Thursday morning. Buck called Thursday afternoon to say it would be ready either Friday or Monday. When I had not received any word by Tuesday I called again and was told my car was ready. I previously worked with Tracey and she was amazing. Always communicated appropriate expectations. I felt well informed. Not with Buck. I’m glad he wasn’t my first service representative. More
