Parks Lincoln of Longwood - Service Center

I have the worst experiences at this dealership. I've had my car about 2 years and each time I go in for recall on my car the service department breaks something on my car. Knowing that their are two on my cat at this time, I specifically requested the they didn't touch the recall involving my side mirror camera, due to the fact that after replacing my backup camera the visibility is no longer clear. Three hours later I text my repair specialist Casey who I initially told not to bother my side mirrors and he informs me that there is another 30 minute wait because they accidentally cracked my passenger mirror. I then requested to speak with Casey and he tried to tell me that the mirror seemed to have had a problem already. ALL LIES! There was nothing wrong with my mirror. He agreed to replace it stating that it would be totally free. Of course, it would be since I had no fault in cracking the mirror. But this is not the icing on the cake because each and every time I've taken my car in for service, I get my car back only to find out that Lincoln has broken something on my car. More

Although we did not purchase our Lincoln Corsair at Parks, we service it there. I have been to many different types of dealers for service but so far Parks Lincoln is the best. My first experience with Parks. Car in for routine service. I have never had the fantastic type of service that I got here. The communication from start to finish was outstanding. I purchased my Lincoln here. I've had all service done here except when my car needed a vacuum hose and I couldn't get to Longwood. There is no pickup or loners for me now so there's no incentive to drive from Orange City. Looks like most of the expenses on my vehicle from now on will be high. I would think you'd want me to continue coming here. If I need to leave my vehicle overnight it's much easier to do that in Deland since I'd be near home and they have a shuttle. More
