Andrew was very nice and helped us find a car we liked. He was willing to work with us on a deal that we could be happy walking away with. The amenities at the dealership were great and the newly remodeled building looked very nice and was comfortable. My only negative was that it took us six hours to purchase the car. Not uncommon at any dealership, but I would really like to see improvement in that area. More

Expected more from a luxury car dealer. This was a used car dealership experience at best. Price negotiations all over the place. Was going to walk at least 4 times. Sales rep was good but lost credibility as my interface based on games being played on price negotiation. SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE and Out first afternoon. Took all day next day and most of day after that. Low ball on trade in. I should have waked then. Blamed low trade in value on prior dealership which I have a 15 year relationship with. All discredited by me with follow up as justification for low offer. Not starting off on a good foot with Parks compared to Lexus. We do not have high expectations from service dept going forward based on poor initial sales experience. XPLAN discount not represented in any negotiations. $2000 credit represented as something else. Price kept changing after agreed upon 10 hours before. At least 4 more price changes after agreed price. Price fluctuation was blamed on worksheet and this WAS NOT HELPFUL. Blaming the price sheet was NOT confirming. Delivery was not enjoyable as negotiation was such a debacle. Promised home delivery did not happen. Promised full tank of gas and had to ride with sales person after dealership was closed to fill up gas across the street after delivery. Car was washed but not clean. Windows smudged like a dirty rag was wiped quickly over them. Highly skeptical that Ceramic coating protection ($1800) was actually done. Paperwork "signing" that was to take an hour and took 5 hours. Orientation was rushed and frankly my wife and I were done by then on what was expected and promised to be a pleasant experience. Would avoid going to Parks to purchase another car. More
