Geek Squad sent me into Parks Lincoln because my air conditioning went out while they were installing satellite radio. (I have an '06 Lincoln Navigator.) Because Parks Lincoln puts their customers exceedingly above all else, they came to my rescue and offered to meet me halfway on the price. I cannot say enough about their customer service and the excellent work they perform- and quick! James was courteous, professional, and friendly. Tammie was very helpful, considering my first visit. Laurie was extremely professional, patient, and understanding-going above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction. I am so impressed with Parks Lincoln for their customer appreciation! I do not know of any other dealership that has this level of excellence and attention to detail. When something went horribly wrong from my side, they continued to work until it was made right. The reason I rated this dealer's service department so high is: I have had my Ford Five Hundred serviced there for four years; always with great results. I have dealt almost exclusively with James Powell high is: I have had my Ford Five Hundred serviced there for four years; always with great results. I have dealt almost exclusively with James Powell and Tammie. James always recognizes me and is very familiar with my car. Tammie makes the "paying process" enjoyable (or as enjoyable as possible). I noticed, when I scheduled this last appointment, Tammie is now doing the scheduling also. I was in management all during my career in banking and I would have been glad to have such polite, efficient and people-oriented employees as James and Tammie. Mr. Parks it was always my policy that, with added responsibility comes a salary increase. In these tough times that policy would be difficult to follow but I definitely think Tammie deserves a raise. Just my opinion.
