The deal was good until purchase amount paid. I paid the full price on Aug. 28th. 2020. Vehicle was delivered on 1st. Sept. but the title was not received until 11th of Sept. Don't trust their certified pre-owned vehicles. Not even a month into ownership and the vehicle developed transmission problems. It spent two weeks in the shop and the worst part is that the vehicle actuall a month into ownership and the vehicle developed transmission problems. I swore if I ever purchased a “New” car & it was a Lincoln it would be from Parks! Well I just purchased a 2019 Nautilus from Tony Pagano!! What an excellent salesperson!! He not only found the car I was wanting but matched the price I had been quoted in the panhandle. The 7 1/2 hour drive has been well worth my time & money!! Tony has hit it out of the ball park with customer service, ease of transaction, orientation, follow up, etc!! If I could give this dealership a thousand stars they definitely would get my vote!! The car checked all of the boxes I was looking for and we proceeded to the purchase. He sped everything up as fast as he could.
