Tom, Justin and the whole Parks Lincoln team were absolutely amazing! I was recently in a car accident which totaled my 2020 Lincoln Corsair which I was obsessed with. Tom was my salesman and he was so empathic of my situation, flexible, and fantastic to work with. Tom understood my wants and needs and really went out of his way to match all the features I had in my previous car despite the whole chip, car shortage to ensure I felt safe moving forward. Going into a dealership with the situation I was presented in makes it very easy to get taken advantage of but I did not feel that way with Tom of Park Lincoln. Tom explained everything throughly even made sure I was aware of the points system which I never really understood before. I wouldn’t even give them a star! Save yourself and go to a different a different location! They took a $2000 deposit from me, and still sold the car while we were in the process!
