Assistant Service Manager, Brandon Guilliams, took care of what my Ford Flex needed. He also referred me to a wonderful body shop (Russell's), that could take care of what I needed that Parks Lincoln coul of what my Ford Flex needed. Technician, Brian Rodriguez, took care of the inspections and work needed. I also appreciate the lovely older gentleman that gives the courtesy rides.
