Never bought a car at this dealership, but they treat me as if I'd purchased three units from them over the years. I think that fact says a lot about how a customer is supposed to be treated.Customer service is not a foreign language in this place. Well done people. Keep it up. More
This dealership is amazing. We walked in and were greeted right away. All of the employees smiled at us. We had actually gone to Hyundai of St. Augustine and were so fed up with the salesperson there that we left. We had the exact opposite in Gainesville. Sebastian was very friendly. knowledgeable, and got us in and out very quickly and on our way with our fabulous new Accent at a fantastic price. This is the best dealership I've ever been to and I'd recommend it to everyone. More
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Shevy Smith. This was the most enjoyble car purchase ever made. We were quick to agree on a price and the price was low and fair. I was absolutely pleased with the deal and the great treatment I received from Shevy. I have never enjoyed car shaopping, but Shevy and the staff made it relatively painless. Following my purchase I discovered a defect on the car that was not previously disclosed. I contacted Manager John Lanza, and informed him of the defect and why I felt that it was the dealership's responsibility to rectify the defect. I was quite surprised when John quickly agreed with me and offered to fix it immediately, at the dealership's expense. During the time my car was in the garage, John made sure I had a loaner car, to get me where I needed to go. I was very pleased following the repair to discover the dealership had placed high quality parts on the vehicle. Previous dealings with other dealerships in the area have never gone as smoothly as this experience. This dealership exceeded my expectaions. The staff and management conducted themselves in a very professional and ethical manner, in addition, going over and above to accommodate my requests and vehicle needs. I will recommend Gainesville Hyundai and Ford to anyone that will listen; I am most certain I will purchase my next car from them when that time comes. More
Yesterday we purchased our 3rd car from Gainesville Ford, Lincoln, Hyundai. There is a reason we keep going back. They are friendly, helpful, not at all pushy and they always give us a better deal than any Lincoln, Hyundai. There is a reason we keep going back. We live about an hour away and there are dealerships much closer but we have found it is worth going the distance. We are treated like valued friends, we are never rushed and we know when we leave with our new car that we got a really good deal. We love our new Genesis, our very first ever Hyundai, and Hyundai of Gainesville made the buying experience a very good one. More

From the moment I stepped foot at the dealer, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. If I was momentarily standing by myself, there was always at least one person who asked if I was being helped. I was incredibly friendly and helpful. I worked with Phil for the majority of the time I was at the dealership and he was both patient and helpful. When asked for honest opinions, he gave it. He test drove a number of models with me and went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The whole process took a couple weeks (between test driving, pricing and ordering) but I always felt that my happiness was their number one priority. They were neither pushy nor nonexistent - I felt I was given just the right mixture of attention so that I was able to figure out exactly what I was looking for without feeling lost or hovered over. All in all, great experience, I love my new Elantra and I would recommend Hyundai of Gainesville (and Phil in particular) to anyone in the area looking for a new (or used) vehicle. More
