The staff is excellent. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Preston and Lorenzo and interviewed as to what we were looking for and what our price range and budget were. We test drove a few vehicles and made a choice, and preliminary figures were given to us. The initial monthly payment was higher than my budget allowed and I communicated this to the staff. I was there on a Saturday evening, and was told they would have to call me back on Monday with a final offer for financing. I got a call Monday morning and was told that they had good news and to come in. I was very surprised by the new payment, which was over $75 less than the original figure. Cory played with the numbers and got me an excellent deal and payments on the car. Mel in finance did all the paperwork and was very knowledgeable and descriptive in answering our questions. The staff at Parks Hyundai is very pleasant and easy to work with, and I would recommend this dealership to everyone. This was by far my most pleasant experience with buying a car. They even kept my children happy with fresh baked cookies, coloring pages and crayons. More

The problem relates to the fact that I brought my car (trade in) into the service department for repairs and after a week and half and 650.00 dollars later my car was returned to me with the same electri (trade in) into the service department for repairs and after a week and half and 650.00 dollars later my car was returned to me with the same electrical problem it had when I brought it in. I was forced to trade in the vehicle after having no faith in the service department to get the car fixed. All in all I bought a used Hyundai from them on 11/5/2013 and on 11/12/2013 the alternator went out on the vehicle. The reason the alternator failed is because during their cleaning process they made sure they cleaned the engine to hide an oil leak from the valve cover. This leak shorted the alternator and I am left with another 600.00 repair the dealer is refusing to cover. I will be sure to tell everyone I meet about the way I have been treated from this dealership (and I meet a few hundred new people a day). More
