Someone came out and said the diagnosis was "almost done". Finally saw someone approach my car. 10 min later they said they didn't have the part. I was quite upset that no one apologized. I reported my concerns here and immediately received a response from the dealership. They picked up and dropped off my car for the final repair and I've had no problem since. More

Great experience! My husband and I came by late one evening and was helped by Rudy. He showed us the cars we were interested in and did not pressure us at all. We told him we really wanted to think about it and he was good with that. When we came back we planned to meet with Rudy again, but he was with other customers. So we worked with Holden Bruce. He helped us so much before even knowing that he would get"credit" for selling the car. He worked really hard to get the price where we needed it to be. He informed us of everything upfront...no big surprises when you go in to sign papers. Then we worked with Mel to do all the finance stuff. He got us a great price for our trade in. He was very pleasant and explained things very well. Once again...no surprises. When it was time to drive away in or new car, Holden showed us how to set up all if the features of the car. the entire staff was helpful and very pleasant! More

Wow, awesome dealership. Really. I saw a Hyundai at work Thursday and thought it was a nice car . So my husband and I decided to check it out. When we got to the dealership we were not attacked as soon as we got out of our car. We were given enough time to look at several cars before a sales person can out to us. My husband and I could rate the different cars in our on private conversation. I liked that. We test drove about 5 different cars and never felt we were being rushed. Every question was answered with knowledgeable answers. Holden Bruce was our salesman. He was very kind, and considerant to our wants and needs. He didn't make us feel like he wanted to sell a car, he made us feel like he was helping us buy a car. Holden and everyone at Parks of Gainesville were awesome. They all went above and beyond to help us meet our goal with the financing and our goal of the monthly payments we wanted to make. We NEVER felt pressured to buy. We NEVER felt like we were being jerked around. And after the papers were signed, they even educated us on the bells and whistles of our car. We even received a first aid kit and 2 sets of floor mats. Sometimes little things matter as well. They don't just make you feel like you matter, you really do matter to them. We have bought several new cars from different dealerships and have NEVER had such a wonderful experience with buying a car. It was actually fun for a change. Awesome, awesome, awesome dealership.
