I have tried to make an appointment to have some service recalls completed on our two Santa Fe’s. This is in January 2022 and the earliest I can schedule appointments online is July 2022. This is very poor service for recalls and/or maintenance service. I have call and chatted online to schedule service they could not give me an earlier appointment, they did take my name and telephone number to pass to the service department to have them call me. This has never happened. I call and left a voicemail for the manager to call me to discuss this matter, he has never returned my call. I wonder how they stay in business their customer service is terrible. Looks like I need to take my Santa Fe’s to Jenkins Hyundai in Ocala. More
