BEST Customer Service I had the pleasure of working with Rudy and Justin trading in my Nissan Frontier, for a "greener" or bluer hybrid vehicle. I showed up late on Sunday I had the pleasure of working with Rudy and Justin trading in my Nissan Frontier, for a "greener" or bluer hybrid vehicle. I showed up late on Sunday, May 31st, in fact I got there an hour before closing. By the time all was said and done, I was in my new vehicle in under 2 hours and on my way back home. Besides the truck I traded in, most of my vehicles in the last 15 years have been Hyundais. I have purchased from all of the other dealers in the general Jacksonville area, and I must tip my hat to Parks as they provided the type of professional and courteous service none of the other dealerships have come close to providing. I recommend them highly, and in particular Rudy, a true gentleman! More

I was doubtful at first, expecting the cost to change once they got me to the dealership. While we had a bit of back and forth, instead of a 2015 (clearing the lot for the new 2016's), I walked away with a new 2016 at the exact price that was pre-negotiated. Surprising and pleasant buying experience. Love the new ride and my payments are still the same. How do you beat that? More

First new car...amazing experience Everyone worked together to get us in just the right car.
