Veloster #2 - Matching Happiness In October of 2015 I was prepared to do battle to get that Rally Edition Veloster, freshly delivered to Parks Hyundai. I left with that car and what I In October of 2015 I was prepared to do battle to get that Rally Edition Veloster, freshly delivered to Parks Hyundai. I left with that car and what I was sure was the only time my experience at this dealership would be genuinely enjoyable and effortless without even one negative moment. Fast forward to today and I can honestly say I have returned and left, in gleeful delight, many times for regular service on my Rally (shout out to Sam McDaniel for caring about my ride as much as I do and talking cars with me!). Every department in this dealership I have dealt with (sales, service, finance, parts) has been exceptional in exceeding my high expectations and has rightfully earned my fierce loyalty. Never thought I would say that about a dealership! The backstory was necessary to understand why my husband has been continuously disappointed in every interaction he has had with his, now blessedly previous, dealership. My husband has always been a bit jealous of my sweet sweet ride (totally not allowed to drive it) and my awesome Hyundai family; now we are finally a house united with our new purchase of the 2016 R-SPEC Veloster for my husbands dream of loving his ride as much as I love mine (and being able to keep up!). It's no surprise our experience with our second purchase, 6 months from our last, was as carefree and enjoyable as the first. For the first time my husband absolutely loves his car. Although the car plays a big part, it is the fond memory of the purchase experience and willingness of Parks to make their customers happy during every visit that makes this dealership and, most importantly, it's PEOPLE so anomalously exceptional to this industry.
