They even arranged to have one of your staff, Michael, drive one and a half hours to my home to pick me up to deliver my new Hyundai Tucson Sport. I was very impressed with the energy and enthusiasm of every staff member I came in contact with, especially Ivy Lee, who made my buying experience with Parks Hyundai an enjoyable one. Exact Turbo Veloster I wanted I went to the dealership to check for a new car, I enjoyed my 2013 veloster but wanted to upgrade to a Turbo veloster. Ms. Ivy LEE saw me at the park I went to the dealership to check for a new car, I enjoyed my 2013 veloster but wanted to upgrade to a Turbo veloster. Ms. Ivy LEE saw me at the parking lot to help me find find a good car for my wants. Unfortunately, the 2016 turbo that I wanted is not available in Gainesville but has to be shipped from another dealership. IVY & Ramon help me find the exact car I wanted, they are both very professional and customer oriented staffs. Kudos to this staffs, I did not feel any pressure while dealing with them to sign. I asked all the questions I have in my mind and Ramon is there to help Ivy answer all the questions clearly.
