I'm in love with my new car! I needed a car! After a negative experience with Toyota I went next door to just look at a Hyundai Hatchback! My friend who is absolutely pleased with I needed a car! What I had planned to be a 15 look- see turned into a very enjoyable experience of over an hour! Ivy Lee was awesome! She was very patient and wanted to expose me to the right car! She didn't push any car that I was uncomfortable with or try to sell one with stuff that I would never use! Then on Sat. my friend and I returned for most of the afternoon! This was just supposed to be a fact finding mission but I made a decision to purchase a beautiful red Accent! Ivy listened to every question and concern we had! I did want automatic locks and windows so I wouldn't have to get in a pretzel position to unlock or roll down the passenger window while in the driver's seat. She is an effective communicater and if she didn't know an answer to one of our many questions she would ask a co-worker. She followed up with emails even after I made the decision to buy a car! My friend said that this was the most pleasant experience he has ever had with buying a car! We actually had so much fun! We also enjoyed Ramon and Laura! I highly recommend Parks of Gainesville!
