BUYER BEWARE: My wife and I along with our 1 year old stopped by the store and we were seriously considering and close to buying from here. We’ve needed a bigger car for our growing family for the longes stopped by the store and we were seriously considering and close to buying from here. We’ve needed a bigger car for our growing family for the longest and we were excited to upgrade. But then their finance manager Marcos Graciani came out to talk to us. And after that experience, we will never consider buying from this place so long as he is employed here. Everything up to that point was going well. The sales guy was really helpful. He actually works over at Parks Ford but came over to greet us since I assume the other salespeople were busy. No problem at all. We test drove the car and sat down to talk about the final price. After serious consideration we weren’t happy with the final price but we were still open to discussing it more. That’s when Marcos decided to come out and talk down to us, disrespecting us in front of our child and the salesperson. It was almost like we offended him because we didn’t succumb to the pressure of buying the car he perceived to be a “good deal” The fact is, we were impressed by the car and the numbers. The only hold up was the notion that the car was “new” when in reality it had 3000 miles on it because it had been used as a demo/courtesy car. Instead of talking to us and explaining to us the situation he proceeds to BLAME US for not bringing this up from the start. He said it was a “waste of time” getting this far into the process and we should have never sat down to talk final price. When I said that a car with 3000 miles on it isn’t new he RUDELY and I mean rudely got smart with us and said that he should just sell us a used one for more then. It was at this point of disrespect and bad customer service that we knew there was no way we were going to invest our money into this dealership no matter how good his “deal” was. He also went on to say that he was going to lose money on this car by selling it to us at that price point as if I’m supposed to sympathize with that statement. Well instead of selling it at a “loss” Parks Hyundai is now selling nothing for $0. And yes I’m sure they’ll sell it eventually to someone else who will likely get strong armed by Marcos the finance manager but I hope if you’ve made it this far reading this review you will think twice before dealing with Marcos. But I’m sure if you take his first offer where he profits from all the unnecessary dealer add-ons he tacks on to line his pockets then he will be your best friend and you’ll never have to see his true side of aggressive rude sales tactics. Parks Hyundai I hope one day you find a better finance guy and when you do maybe we will come back and do business. More
Can not thank Lowell enough for all of the help during our car buying process. They tried to quote me a price well over MSRP due to the shortage. It's not even close. They try to dress it up with the whole parks perks thing which adds zero added value to the vehicle as the manufacture shortage. It's not even close. They try to dress it up with the whole parks perks thing which adds zero added value to the vehicle as the manufacturer's warranty is more than enough to cover the vehicle. Additionally, their servicing is just oil changes. In what world do oil changes for 3 years cost four grand? I would not recommend them based on the terrible treatment. Also, they couldn't spell my name correctly when replying to an email. How hard is it to type the name as it appears on your screen? More

I have made multiple trips to get my Hyundai Sonata fixed of recall work here. It takes weeks to get in the queue. Very consistently I will not get a call back. My car has been in the shop for over six out of recall work here. It takes weeks to get in the queue. Very consistently I will not get a call back. My car has been in the shop for over six out of the past 8 weeks for a cylinder 1 misfire. Still diagnosing the same problem they didn’t fix the first time. Really. I guess that is why the service managers don't call, there's nothing to report... On top of that, if you pay with a credit card, they charge you an extra 3% service fee! A mom and pop shop, sure, but a national chain? Greedy. More

I was waiting for my oil change and Mr. Porter greeted me while he was talking with other customers and made me feel welcome. Nice to see polite people are still out there.
