We had dealt with Ana last August and were very satisfied with her service. She not only found us a new 2018 Santa Fe but was also able to offer us a great trade-in value, as we still had a car payment on the 2013. Not only did she accommodate our wishes, she actually drove the new car to us in Ocala (a 45 minute trip), then changed out the license plate, explained all the new safety features and Apple Car feature, as well as completing the necessary paperwork! Honesty Always Wins!! After going to two other Hyundai dealerships, one in Ocala & in Orlando, I've never seen more ruder pushy people in my life! So we headed to Parks In Gainesville and it's just to bad we just didn't go there first! Chris Clark greeted us outside with a big friendly smile first of all! We told him we were just kind of looking an wanted to ask some questions, he said no problem and proceeded to answer all questions Paul & I had! This was on Saturday 4/21/18. Paul wound up leasing a beautiful Black Santa Fe fully loaded! It's A Beauty Too! Chris was so helpful and HONEST we went back on Sunday 4/22/18 to lease a Tucson for me!
