Rudy Porter made this car purchase a great experience I had wanted to purchase a 2018 Sonata Hybrid this year but none were available or even shipped through July of this year. I had been interacting for the past 2 years at this dealership with Rudy Porter a knowledgeable salesperson who called me last week and told me that one had arrived. I went to see it and it was exactly what I hoped it would be. Rudy was very patient and allowed me to test drive it during the day and at night. I got a good trade in for my car and purchased the Sonata the next day. I was very demanding about all features on the car but Rudy was patient, informed, and courteous in getting answers for me. Service refund I told I was buying a service plan but it was an extended warranty. It took a lot of my time and effort to get that money back but although I didn’t g I told I was buying a service plan but it was an extended warranty.
