Dishonest - Leased a vehicle from Parks Genesis 3 years ago and it was a very smooth transaction. Finance took their time and walked me through the lease agreement including the purchase option at lease e ago and it was a very smooth transaction. Finance took their time and walked me through the lease agreement including the purchase option at lease end. It was refreshing to see that there was a $0 Purchase Option Fee in the lease agreement. Now, 3 years later and I want to purchase the car at lease end and the dealer wants to charge a purchase fee. When I show them the lease agreement with the purchase fee line clearly marked $0 they indicate it was a mistake and they will not honor the agreement. Apparently as a consumer I need to pay the monthly lease per the legal agreement, but the dealership gets to decide what terms they want to honor. Extremely dishonest way to run a business and would not deal with them in the future. Buyers beware. More
