Ordered a part and was told by person in parts I would be notified when it arrived. Was never notified and after couple of weeks I happened to come by and found out it was there! It was easy to make an appointment for service. Upon arrival, there was very little wait time before my car was taken in for service. The wait lounge is clean and stocked with refreshments. Do not take your car to Parks for repair! I have been taking my car to them for service for years but the new management team is horrible and they have implemented a system that is a rip off! I have been taking my car to them for service for years but the new management team is horrible and they have implemented a system that is a rip off! Take note that their most recent reviews are terrible and have been since they have been under new management. These people charge almost $300 to evaluate and determine your issue and they don't take it off when your vehicle is serviced. Even if it's an issue related to their repair work, they will still charge you. They are dishonest and don't keep their word to resolve issues and provide some simblance of good customer service. When I complained to the service manager and the GM, she told me she would investigate my issue and get back to me. Well, she lied. She nor the GM has responded. I don't trust these people and I will not take my car back to them and if you know like I know, you would not take your car to them either. More
