When it broke within the period of guarantee, they took an extremely long time (3 or 4 weeks) to replace it. It became a very difficult process. Phone calls were not returned. Promises broken. It did get replaced, but I can not recommend the service department to anyone. More

All I wanted was a return call or even a text giving me an update on the status of my car that was in for servicing. No calls were returned. I have been to many other Ford dealerships and have never had this experience. Does anyone at this dealer know how to return calls? More

Horrible experience with the Service Dept. I could spend an hour writing my experience but to sum it up quickly - I would not recommend anyone having any kind of service performed here. They le I could spend an hour writing my experience but to sum it up quickly - I would not recommend anyone having any kind of service performed here. They let me leave in an unsafe vehicle and then had me drive it back to the dealership. Eric, Richard and John were very rude and customer service means nothing to them. More
Got me back on the road in less than an hour! I was traveling from south Florida to my home in Texas hauling 3 horses. I had had my truck serviced at Al Packer Ford in Wellington the previous week to address the exhaust fluid light and told them there was a recall on it. They said they filled it and all should be ok. However, driving up the turnpike the light kept coming on and then warned me that it would be empty and my speed couldn't be over 55 mph. I wasn't sure if it really was empty or if there was a computer malfunction. I called the closest dealership which was Parks Ford in Gainesville, Fl and the young woman, Jackie, I spoke to said come right on and that they could accommodate my big rig. Service manager Richard Clay helped me and I explained I was on the road and still had a long day ahead of me. He directed me to the truck service area, and a technician was there within minutes analyzing the problem. Fortunately, all that was needed was more exhaust fluid and there didn't seem to be a leak. Meanwhile one of the young men that worked there helped me water and give hay to the horses who enjoyed the short break from the road. I was back on the road within 30 minutes. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and friendly. Thanks so much! More

I wa While in the dealership for another reason, and being in the market for a new truck, I was looking at the new ones when Brent Russell approached. I was really lucky he did. He was very knowledgable of his product and gave me excellent service. He was very patient and thoroughly explained all my options. Everything he said he would do, he did and more. He made buying my new F-150 painless. Tom Sent from my iPad Tom Sent from my iPad More
Unhappy service experience Moved here from California with our Ford Flex. Information on dashboard was flashing...."Service Tire Mobility Kit". The Tire Mobility Kit is a unit Moved here from California with our Ford Flex. Information on dashboard was flashing...."Service Tire Mobility Kit". The Tire Mobility Kit is a unit that is an air pump and a special can of "flat fix" for a tire problem, as there is no spare in our Flex equipped with a trailer hitch. My wife stopped in to get the dashboard information info reset and have the Tire Service Mobility Kit Serviced. "Service" consists of replacing the canister of 'flat fix" that is part of the unit. They told her it would cost $325 to service the Tire Service Mobility Kit and an additional $90 to reset the dashboard information panel. So, they wanted to charge her $415 to replace a canister of flat fix and push a few reset buttons on the dashboard. I called the dealer I bought the car from in California and they told me how to reset the dashboard information. It took me less than 30 seconds to reset it. More
