It seems like they are not quite ready for prime time yet under their new management. I scheduled a service using the Hyundai app, but did not get a reminder for the service. That seemed unusual, so I called under their new management. I scheduled a service using the Hyundai app, but did not get a reminder for the service. That seemed unusual, so I called to double check and they did have me on their schedule. When I arrived, they had me down for a software update, not the mileage service that I'd requested in the app. They added the mileage service, so no big deal. They were all friendly, which was great. I mentioned that I was getting a message that the washer fluid was low, so they said they'd top it up. When I picked up the car, it was already running, so I didn't see the reminders. I was in a rush, so I didn't restart the car to check. When I started it the next day, the service reminder and fluid reminder popped up again. At that point, I took a closer look at the car and noticed they didn't do the quick clean i would have expected. I also remembered that there wasn't a seat cover or floor cover on it when they brought it out the day before. I called and they told me to come by any time and they'd add washer fluid and reset the mileage reminder. When they took the car this time, they definitely didn't use a seat cover. Maybe the person who moves the cars isn't a mechanic, so doesn't get oil or other stuff on their clothes? Again, the staff was very friendly, which is always a good sign to me. Addendum: In your review, you ask for star ratings for individual people. The only person who introduced herself by name was Donna. The pictures you have by each name are pets, so I can only rate Donna. More
