Terrible experience. Two times I came in for a brake change and two times they made me wait around for hours just to tell me they ran out of brake pads the first time, an Two times I came in for a brake change and two times they made me wait around for hours just to tell me they ran out of brake pads the first time, and the second they couldn’t get my tires off. They also took the tool for the lug nuts so now nobody can get the tires off. I wish I could give negative stars, I will never go back More

The Service Dept is very unorganized and slow. I have a recall on my 2022 Santa Cruz. Have been to the Service Dept 3 times now, waiting over 2 hours each time, and the issue still has not been I have a recall on my 2022 Santa Cruz. Have been to the Service Dept 3 times now, waiting over 2 hours each time, and the issue still has not been resolved. I have my 4th appointment in November to try to get it taken care of. This should not be happening and I’ve seriously considered trading the Santa Cruz in for anything that isn’t sold at Parks dealerships in Gainesville, just because Service is so frustrating. What happens as my truck gets older and I really need something fixed? I don’t think the Gainesville garage will be able to handle it. I went to Parks Hyundai in 2022 when I was interested in driving one to see if I wanted to purchase it. I was told by the Sales Dept that I didn’t want a Santa Cruz and to go next door to purchase a Ford truck. I went to Jacksonville to purchase my truck and it looks like I might have to start going back to Jacksonville for all of my Service. More
Waited 2-1/2 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t service my car that day. Very frustrating! And that’s the third time I’ve been there to fix a recall problem and it’s still not fixed. Waited 3hrs to get an oil change. Did not reset oil change light. Did not change the sticker that's usually on the windshield. Still have the one from the previous dealership. Did not top of fluid EVEN after they've said they checked everything. Did not equalize tire pressures, although they said they checked and did an all point inspection and gave me the checklist. After 3hrs, only oil was changed (230-530), and I had to go back to the counter to get the car. More
