I have been interacting with the service department for weeks. I have called 3-4 times to speak with someone about the status of my Santa Fe. I never heard back from any service manager despite leaving m weeks. I have called 3-4 times to speak with someone about the status of my Santa Fe. Part of my decision to not buy a Hyundai was because of my terrible experience interacting with the service department. More
