Took over a week for "diagnostics" to run a scanner telling them I had a bad clutch actuator. Was told it cost over 5k to replace a part that only requires 3 screws to remove. Every time i called it to telling them I had a bad clutch actuator. Was told it cost over 5k to replace a part that only requires 3 screws to remove. Every time i called it took min 20 mins to get a person on the phone that could even check my file. Then after paying the diagnosis fee and having the car towed back to my house i found they left my car with the under carriage of disassembled and missing screws to put it back together. You guys should be ashamed at how this was handled. More

Kept my car 4 days to install a thermostat. Service advisor promised car would be ready Friday, then Saturday. She never called to advise me the car wasn’t ready. I had to call her and she was very hard to reach and did not return my calls. When I called Saturday I was told the car wouldn’t be ready until Monday. I sent an email to the manager of the dealership detailing my very poor experience but I have heard nothing from him. I really like my Hyundai but will never purchase one again because of my experience with the service department. More
