I have no idea who Lowell is. Salesman Zach was great but after sales follow up was awful and car detailing was the worst I have vet seen and I have purchased a lot of cars! Luciano, Jesus and Ari were all very helpful. It was routine maintenance, but there was a discrepancy between the numbers on my dashboard and the numbers on my multipoint inspection report regard It was routine maintenance, but there was a discrepancy between the numbers on my dashboard and the numbers on my multipoint inspection report regarding tire PSI, so I had to bring my vehicle back for re-work. It took some persistence on my part, and eventually reaching the right people, but they gave me an immediate follow-up appointment, redid the entire inspection, and now all is well. More
