Brian Vance was dedicated and patient with me, answered every question and concern I had and worked diligently to find me a vehicle that would be a perfect match. Everyone in the dealership went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and special the second I walked through the doors. Matt Chesonis fought tooth and nail to get me the best deal possible when it came to financing and really helped break everything down for me so I knew exactly what I was signing into. Unethical sales practices Went to this dealer to purchase a 2017 Lincoln Continental. Had previously purchased two Lincoln MKS from this dealer. They presented me with two alte Went to this dealer to purchase a 2017 Lincoln Continental. Had previously purchased two Lincoln MKS from this dealer. They presented me with two alternatives that fulfilled or requirements and we purchased one and left a deposit with the car to be ready in a couple of days. However the next morning the salesman called and said that car was not available, it was sold that morning at the dealer trade affiliate. So we decided to take the second option even though it was several thousand more. The salesman called the next day and said that car was no available but they found another almost similar which we finally got. Question. Did the first two cars actually exist? When we showed the car to a friend she fell in love with it and ask if I would go with her. As she was not familiar with car buying. Guess what. They sold her the exact same car they sold me and took her deposit. I verified the VIN to make sure it was the identical car. The next day the salesman called her and said the car was not available and they would have to find her another. After I called the salesman on her behalf and complained the sales manager called her and and tried to expedite the process. She finally got her car three days later. It is obvious that this dealer sells a customer a car that either does not exist or is not available to them in order to get a deposit from the customer and lock them in to a deal. To me this is not only unethical but maybe even illegal to sell a vehicle that probably does not exist. I have documentation to verify these statements. More
