The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No one ever returned calls. My car was at the Hyundia service department for over a month while trying to get a warranty approval from Hyundia Americ No one ever returned calls. My car was at the Hyundia service department for over a month while trying to get a warranty approval from Hyundia America who eventually denied the claim. My car was just under 10 years old and had only approximately 76,000 miles that was still under the power train warranty. The reason we were given was that we could not produce receipts for service during the COVID epidemic; my son serviced my car during this time. The motors in these cars are known to have a lot of problems. If there were minus stars, I would double it. It is very disappointing that Hyundia would not honor the warranty that I paid for when I bought my car. My recommendation is NEVER BUY A HYUNDIA. More
