My experience at parks ford January of 2016 i went to parks ford to see if i could get out from under my camaro and into somthing else, most dealers tol me to not even try and th January of 2016 i went to parks ford to see if i could get out from under my camaro and into somthing else, most dealers tol me to not even try and that i was too far in the hole. Not matt, he was very welcoming and helpful and put me in a brand new f150 that same day. I would fully reconmend this dealership and specificly this salesman to anybody that is in the market for a new car. More

No pressure and left with just what we wanted My husband and I came in looking for a very specific truck and even though Parks did not have it on their lot they contacted another dealership and go My husband and I came in looking for a very specific truck and even though Parks did not have it on their lot they contacted another dealership and got it within two days. If you are looking for a LOW PRESSURE sales associate Craig Lawson was very helpful and never pressured us! He was accommodating for all of our needs which allowed us to purchase the truck we wanted at a great price. Craig as well as Manager Mike and finance guy Mario were all pleasant to work with! In service we had to have the truck exterior cleaned as it was dirty from the previous dealer. We didn’t catch his name but a blonde gentleman with a ponytail made the truck shine and went above and beyond with cleaning it! We love our 2018 new F150 STX. More
