I went into the dealership to look, no Hello, I am thrilled to be writing this review of Mr. Greg Endredi - a FIVE STAR Sales Person from Parks Ford. I went into the dealership to look, not buy, a pre-owned car...about 3 hours later, I was leaving the dealership with a great buy on a new 2018 Fusion. They gave me an amazing price, was treated with respect and dignity, and actually enjoyed the car-buying experience. It was the "deal I could not refuse." I liked Greg because he did not pressure me to buy, he really seemed to know the details about the car, and actually made it fun. I found out a great day to buy a new car is one where the dealership has been really slow. They were willing to make a crazy deal for me. Greg went over the features of the car and how to use them before I left. I really felt good about the purchase. Since I bought the car, Greg has called me twice to make sure I am happy with the car. He is genuine. Overall, the Dealership was very clean, comfortable, and seemed well organized. The Sales Manager was easy to talk with and they have a Customer Relations Manager that actually thanked me for buying the car from them. Great buying experience. Thank you, CS More

Wonderful!! My husband and I knew that we needed to trade our van in to get something more fuel efficient, considering we were going to start commuting a lot more My husband and I knew that we needed to trade our van in to get something more fuel efficient, considering we were going to start commuting a lot more for various reasons. I contacted them via internet inquiring about a used vehicle that had low mileage. Matt followed up with me the next day and told me he would be ready to meet with me whenever it was convenient for us! We showed up a day or two later, Matt already had the car we were potentially looking at pulled around waiting for us. It was easier to finance a brand new car with our trade in rather than a used car. So they did the unthinkable and found me and my husband the best rate I have ever seen- 1.9% APR+ $2,500 in rebates for being college graduates, and got us top dollar for our trade. Not to mention a BRAND NEW 2018 Ford Fusion. Matt kept us updated throughout the entire process and even got the car ready for us to take home himself! He seems to truly pride himself on offering a great customer experience! His finance manager George was also so friendly and knowledgeable about everything and never made us feel pressured. He literally said, " hey this is your decision, it's your money, your car, I'm just here to support that decision!" Matt called 48 hours later to check in on we were enjoying it. When I returned a few days later to drop off a spare key to the van, he even took it through the carwash for me! Thank you, Matt and Parks Ford for this experience- and of course our new car!!! Greg Endredi car sales person MrEnddredi I'm 70 years old I've on 20 Fords and 30 some odd other cars this gentleman is the first on a sales person that I ever was confronted with MrEnddredi I'm 70 years old I've on 20 Fords and 30 some odd other cars this gentleman is the first on a sales person that I ever was confronted with at a car dealership and gave me an extraordinary amount of time on his day off to help me understand the computer and electronic system in the truck he was extremely helpful and patient and explaining the whole process of the purchase when I was getting what I was paying for the guarantees the features it was a pleasure to do business with him he should be training people for Ford how to properly sell cars and not GM them down peoples throats like other carsales people do you don't have to lie to sell a car I guess he figured that out maybe the rest of the sales people and I will also anyway it's a great dealership but he makes it really a good experience I tell all my friends and people that work for me to go and see him that they'll be treated fairly and honestly Respect full Mr. Mizrahi More
