If your vehicle is brand new they are fine. If is is a few years old under a Ford guarantee - FORGET IT. I paid top dollar for warranty Parks gaslighted me for over a year until the turbo final If is is a few years old under a Ford guarantee - FORGET IT. I paid top dollar for warranty Parks gaslighted me for over a year until the turbo finally died and making the vehicle undrivable. Fortunately I was near another Ford dealer - far away from Gainesville. Though that dealer had the records - they did say it should have been addressed long before, if not immediately. Do not trust Park Ford. The warranty isn't worth the money, esp if they don’t honor it. More

It took 3 hours for an oil change which we did not expect to take that long and to patch a tire and then learned they had done a recall. On the way home the speedometer read primarily in KM/H. expect to take that long and to patch a tire and then learned they had done a recall. On the way home the speedometer read primarily in KM/H. We called from the car, and Donna nicely tried to explain to use Settings, but I didn't find the right menu and Bill said to wait til we got home, which didn't work until the next morning that I found the Settings on the steering wheel for Display and was able to reset it to MPH More

Absolute worst of the worst! If you can avoid to go there for your car service please do. It takes them about a month to get you an appointment, and once you have your appointmen If you can avoid to go there for your car service please do. Their customer service is awful... stay away if you have a warranty claim with them. More
