The technicians are not the problem. Simply the management. There was absolutely no attempt by you John to resolve the issue of covering my brand new car with scratches. You decided to roll into the issue old problems associated with a previous car and you were angry that I did not buy my car from you. Plain and simple. When I finally talked to you on the phone after we played phone tag for a few days you berated me and would not let me say what had to be said. You took the side of an employee that has a history of this type of problem instead of hearing the concerns of a Hyundai customer. You are a Hyundai dealership and it should not matter where the car was purchased from. It is still a Hyundai and you have a Hyundai service center. Actually, this is the first "sincere" apology I have received from you. I am interested to hear how you attempted to resolve this issue before telling me that you do not want my business and you refused to fix the damage caused by your employee to my vehicle. Every time I see the scratches (every single day) on my car I have to relive this frustrating situation.
