Initially my visit to this dealership was okay. I picked out the vehicle I wanted and the overall sales experience with John Dukes went smoothly. When I finally got to the point of signing the contract I l out the vehicle I wanted and the overall sales experience with John Dukes went smoothly. When I finally got to the point of signing the contract I lost all respect for the employees working for Parks. The finance employee actually "begged" me to purchase gap insurance so he could receive a "spiff". I assume this is a bonus on something sold? The situation became very uncomfortable from this point forward. The condition that the Expedition was in was poor, but I knew it could be fixed under warranty - my shock was that any dealership would allow a brand new vehicle to sit on their parking lot with such horrendous cosmetic faults. John Dukes stated he would call me first thing Monday morning to schedule a service time to bring the vehicle in for repair....I never heard from him again. I called and left several messages but got no response. I became very agitated and finally spoke with a manager by the name of Ronnie Nesbitt, who scheduled an appointment for me to take the vehicle in on a particular day. When I arrived for my appointment I was not in the computer and got a very baffled service tech. In the end I was sent home, which is 40 miles away and was told they would have to get approval from Ford to have the repairs done. I drove back to the dealership after a while and demanded my trade back and stated that I did not want to do business with this dealership. It was like a circus had come to town. This is the POOREST service I have ever received from any dealership, and I have purchased several Fords in my lifetime. To date I am still contemplating hiring an attorney to cancel the contract. I feel I should be compensated somehow for the treatment I received. More

The problem I keep encountering is that every time they service my vehicle, they break something else. If they fix a window switch, they break the door lock. They fix a tire and mess up the brake pads. The service my vehicle, they break something else. If they fix a window switch, they break the door lock. They fix a tire and mess up the brake pads. They replace the battery and break a battery terminal. And of course this is all due to the vehicle 'being so old' (9 years old with 80K on it and meticulously cared for). Oh, and guess who pays for all of the repairs for the things they break? You got it - I do. If they were not the only game in town I would go anywhere else in a heartbeat, but if you want Ford parts they are the only option. Good luck to you if they fix/break/fix anything on your car. More

Gary Hamilton was professional and very disarming. Great Smile, and, thoroughly answered all of our questions about Hyundai as compared to Kia Sorento. No pressure, but did a couple of trial closes. saturday 02/23/2013 me and my husband drove down to gainesville to test drive his "dream car", they had a used 2007 shelby gt500. we went down there with the thought of walking out with just a test dr gainesville to test drive his "dream car", they had a used 2007 shelby gt500. we went down there with the thought of walking out with just a test drive.. after dealing with steven he reasured us that there might be something we could do... unfortunately, there was nothing, so we left. on our drive home steven called us and suggested that we try getting approved through our bank that we already had a car loan with.. we called the bank and it took 2 days to get approved but they did it.. we kept steven informed of everything that was going on.. he even answered his phone after the dealership was closed.. we called him on sunday night to tell him we were approved and told him that we were going to the bank first thing in the morning. we called steven while we were on our way down there, we told him we had to do it as fast as possible because we had to get to work by 2.. and he had the car redetailed and ready to go when we got there.. we walked in and did the paper work, only spent about 1.5 hours in there.. and if you've been car shopping before you know that can be an all day process.. steven was outstanding.. he also mentioned his mustang that he just bought and he recommended s shop that did some customizations to his. he sat there and talked with us the entire time we were at the dealership. i would definitely recommend everyone to him, he was the best dealer we have had the pleasure of dealing with. I was in the market for an F250 Super Duty. I saw a great price posted on a truck in their lot. Steve battled with his Manager to lower the asking price to what I wanted (and could afford). After a week of s price posted on a truck in their lot. Steve battled with his Manager to lower the asking price to what I wanted (and could afford). After a week of shopping around town and trolling Craigslist I could not find a better truck in as great as condition or asking price than what we negotiated. After agreeing on the final price he graciously took time from selling cars and drove the truck to my own mechanic for an independent inspection before I handed over the check. Steve waited at my mechanic's shop until the inspection was complete, again losing time from selling more cars that day. The truck had minor, yet expected, normal mechanical wear for the year and mileage of the vehicle. After closing the deal and owning the truck I was stuck at work with a truck and my other vehicle at the Ford dealer's parking lot. Steve took time away from selling cars again and picked me up so could I get both vehicles home. Steve is enthusiastic about cars & trucks and he enjoys the working in the industry. But most importantly he is honest and has integrity. I would recommend him to anyone looking for new or used vehicles. More
