Terrible. Second time I’ve taken my car in to get the brakes done. First time I sat around for an hour before they told me they were out of brake pads even tho Second time I’ve taken my car in to get the brakes done. First time I sat around for an hour before they told me they were out of brake pads even though I had an appointment a week in advance. I took it in again a couple weeks later and got a call over two hours later saying they couldn’t do the job because they couldn’t get the tires off because of the lug nuts. I was then lied to and said they were stripped even though I had only taken it to that dealership so they would have been the ones to do it. Then they said they didn’t have the tool to get them off even though that was never a problem before. So either they just didn’t feel like doing it or they had lied all the times I brought my car in to get the tires rotated. Then they called back and had a different story that they could get the lug nuts off they just couldn’t do it that day because a lack of people on a Saturday. They also took the tool that I had left for them in my truck and didn’t put it back but I didn’t realize till after I left and didn’t want to deal with them anymore so now anywhere I take my car to might not be able to do the work that my car needs to be safe. I wish I could give my experience negative stats. I will never take my car there ever again. More
I made an appt for 10am on Friday, Oct. 4th. I was at the service dept by 9:30am and my car was checked in prior to seeing a service attendant. I requested an oil change, ordered and reque 4th. I requested an oil change, ordered and requested replacement of all 4 tires and requested an alignment. By 1:45pm I checked to see if my vehicle was ready and was told it was getting ready to come off of the rack, well it wasn't. We kept checking and that was the answer each time. On top of that, they didn't do the oil change as requested when I made the appointment and when i spoke with the attendantin the service department. So it took approximately 4 hrs or more (because i got there early), to replace 4 tires and do an alignment. We left the dealership around 3pm. Poor customer service! The service Mgr didn't/ couldn't give us any answers and didn't even apologize for us having to wait so long. Genesis Customer Service was notified of this. More
