Manager named Carlos gave me a written quote for a new 2012 F150 4x4 Lariat. He told me to take my time deciding on the purchase recognizing this was a big decision, an expensive truck. I went back to Gainesville Ford the next morning with a voucher from my bank to purchase the vehicle and the manager on duty said he could honor the Price Carlos quoted because price he quoted for my trade the afternoon before was no longer good. His new price for the vehicle went up $2,600. He said it was too bad and there was nothing he could do about it. In summary, they gave me a written price quote, looked me in the eye and shook my had, then failed to deliver on our agreement. Beware, these guys are dishonest. He also windexed the interior of a window that looked a bit smudged and provided us with water and friendly conversation.
