Young man was very patient and helpful over a 3 month period in helping us find just the right vehicle and deal that resulted in our buying a new Escape. Couldn't ask for a better sales approach. Sales Manager, Ronnie Nesbitt. Just as friendly and equally non-pushy sort of fellow. Being the fellow who would ultimately approve the deal, I explained to him up front what I would and wouldn't do, as far as buying a new vehicle. He didn't laugh, and when it came time to crunch numbers and make the deal happen, he did. No non-sense, straight forward man to deal with. Finance Manager, Jackie Fralic. Went the extra mile in working the financial aspects of this purchase. Remained after normal work hours to ensure that the financial part of this purchase went as smoothly as the search and negotiations parts did. Customer Service Concierge, Brittany Pierce. Went out of her way to be helpful and friendly throughout. She made every effort to make our stay in the dealership as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Really made a difference. More

In fact Mr. Nesbitt, once he learner how I like to do things, was also very kind, patient and allowed us to take our time. Mr. Peoples seemed like a very understanding and friendly person but he was also very knowledgeable with each and every question we came up with. He did want to know what we were wanting up front. He did allow us to wander off course a few times and was very good as guiding us back to center mask. We finally bought a vehicle from him. Signing our name and giving our deposit did not stop his service. He went the extra steps to ensure we knew how to operate everying in the new vehicle. Horrible experience with the Service Dept. I could spend an hour writing my experience but to sum it up quickly - I would not recommend anyone having any kind of service performed here. A very thoughtful test drive Sales consultant Mr. Ian Peebles at Parks Ford Lincoln of Gainesville offered me a great purchase experience of the 2015 Ford Fiesta. He introduced m Sales consultant Mr. Ian Peebles at Parks Ford Lincoln of Gainesville offered me a great purchase experience of the 2015 Ford Fiesta. He introduced me to all the perks of the sedan and answered my questions regarding specific features with full detail, even minor ones such as cargo load and battery saver. It was a rainy Saturday, Mr. Peebles delightedly took me all the way from the dealership onto I-75 for a test drive simply because I wished to hear how the engine sound at 70 mph and its performance of hill climbing, which turned out to be very convincing. Moved by his thoughtfulness, candor and professionalism, I made this important decision happily, knowing I can trust him and everybody at the dealership on guaranteed high quality support and maintenance. Communication is so important and they did a great job keeping in contact ever since, which to me has been a great comfort.
