Cory Thornell introduced himself to me asking if he could me in any way please let him know. I had some questions about the Ford Focus, which he was more than helpful with. after looking at the focus help me get a price quote together and I told him I would return as I wanted to look at other cars. I stopped by the dealership the following day and found that Cory was not working that day. I stepped next door to Parks Hyundai and was looking around and Dan Heskett introduced himself to me asking if he could me in any way please let him know. I was looking at a 2015 Hyundai Elantra SE. Dan assisted me with answering any Questions that I had. After taking a test drive I found myself really liking the Elantra both for the Price and the options that I wanted. I want to give credit to both Cory and Dan as for other salesmen I have come in contact with , Both Cory and Dan were very Professional and in no way Pushy in any way. On 7/10/2015 I Became the Proud owner of a 2016 Hyundai Elantra SE. I would also like to say that Kelly Grier has always gone above and beyond to make sure that I had a pleasant experience at Parks Ford Service Department. This is my 2nd car that I have bought at Parks Ford and Parks Hyundai, And would strongly recommend the dealerships to anyone for both service and salesmenship, More

From the minute I stepped out of the tow truck until 72 hours later when I finalized the purchase of a 2015 F350 Lariat, my experience with the entire staff (members of the sales, service, and finance departments) was the most positive I have ever encountered. Liana was a top notch salesperson and truly worked to find me the best deal and the right vehicle. There are many dealerships that would have taken advantage of my situation (stranded in desperate need of a truck), but Parks Ford operated honestly and faithfully. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering purchasing or servicing their automobile. In addition to the employees named in my survey, I would also like to thank Chad Mathis who timely diagnosed the problems with my old truck and afforded me all sensible options to rectify the matter. calls don't get returned Have made eight calls over the past two days leaving messages at various extencions in the service department. All I wanted was a return call or even a text giving me an update on the status of my car that was in for servicing. No calls were returned. I have been to many other Ford dealerships and have never had this experience. Does anyone at this dealer know how to return calls? More
Terrible experience elsewhere corrected by Parks! After a 9-week wait for a vehicle my local Ford dealer supposedly ordered for me but could never provide an update for, I decided enough was enough an After a 9-week wait for a vehicle my local Ford dealer supposedly ordered for me but could never provide an update for, I decided enough was enough and reached out to Parks Ford in Gainesville. The internet sales team immediately sprang into action and got me in touch with Ian Peebles. Ian was tasked with a very tall order: Find me a 2015/16 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium with very specific trim levels, and get it to me in 30 hours. After visiting the dealer the next day and reviewing color options we knew what we were looking for and he went to work. Ian exhausted no less than 5 vehicles that kept selling right out from under us before he found my Guard Metallic and having a driver travel 377 miles one-way to retrieve it for me. I came back the next day and spent 5 hours with Ian, Cedric and Jorge to finalize my purchase. When they realized the other departments were closed they extended an offer of two tanks of gas, a detail and more due to not being able to give me a "perfect delivery." Having done my research and been reading up on the car for 9 weeks after attempting to order it through the first dealer, I knew most everything about the vehicle already so it wasn't even truly necessary but appreciated nonetheless. I returned the next week and they installed the protective coating, performed my detail, fixed a tire I was having issues with, gave me Nitrogren in all tires for free, and filled my tank. Also, every time I go they make sure to plug my vehicle in if it is not being actively worked on. I cannot speak highly enough of Ian. I have been able to text him with questions and concerns and he always gets back to me quickly. I am the Store Manager of a corporate AT&T store and have been raving about my experience to any coworker or customer who will listen. Well done Ian and crew! More
AWSOME SERVICE DEPARTMENT WHILE IN GAINESVILLE LAST WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON ON BUSINESS, THE ALTERNATOR WENT OUT ON MY FORD F250 IT WAS LATE IN THE DAY AND WE WERE SURE NO ONE WOUL WHILE IN GAINESVILLE LAST WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON ON BUSINESS, THE ALTERNATOR WENT OUT ON MY FORD F250 IT WAS LATE IN THE DAY AND WE WERE SURE NO ONE WOULD BE ABLE TO HELP US, LUCKILY WE WERE JUST A FEW BLOCKS FROM PARKS FORD SO WE LIMPED OUR TRUCK INTO THIER SERVICE DEPARTMENT WHERE WE MET RICHARD THE SERVICE MANAGER WHO WELCOMED US IN AND PUT ONE OF HIS BEST MECHANICS C.J. ON OUR TRUCK AND IT WAS FIXED IN NO TIME. WE WERE ABLE TO COMPLETE OUR BUSINESS IN TOWN AND GET BACK ON THE ROAD.
