So I'm on month 4-5 of waiting on two tiny pieces of metal to be replaced. The part was not ordered the first time. The second time, the part was bent. The shop kept my car three nights for a problem with the AC and only once called to update me on the service despite promising daily communication. Another advisor told me that the stated repairs weren't done because the AC was functioning correctly and that there was no charge.
