I loved coming back because of this beautiful lady. She handles all my questions in a very professional way. even though my car last more than a week just for a recall, everything went well. I remember She handles all my questions in a very professional way. even though my car last more than a week just for a recall, everything went well. I remember when I was a fleet manager in one pharmaceutical in the Philippines, I love seeing beautiful ladies as service advisors. Parks Ford you nailed it. But one thing I cant understand, Ford tech has magic touch why my car is drivable again when I am 100% sure it was the dual clutch is the main issue and I want to shove a new one but I ask them if I can avail their customer loyalty program for one time TCM replacement. I drove the car from the service center and shifting again as smooth as butter. Many thanks Parks Ford!!! I didn’t expect it. This place HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Kudos to Mr. Mike their boss.👏👏👏 More
