Overall experience at this dealership can be described as really bad. I would not recommend this place to any family member or friends. I don’t believe this place represents what Ford brand represents, and really bad. I would not recommend this place to any family member or friends. Window tint and detailing was never done as we agreed while buying the vehicle. We got it written in the paper work, but you guys never did it! Worst part is that in the contract there is a 1200 dollar fee for cleaning and detailing, but I really don’t understand it.. you guys charged me for something that I didn’t get… definitely feel robbed as a customer. Worst thing is that when I took it back you guys damaged the clear coat on one side of the van, and made me loose my time because the car was not clean. My next Ford would NOT be from Parks of Gainesville… you guys might get new customers, but I’m sure like this no one would go back. More

Professional and knowledgeable staff. I like the valet service.
