I made an appointment online and even though they were very busy, I was in and out for my oil change in under an hour. While they tried to follow the safety guidelines for the pandemic, there were custom very busy, I was in and out for my oil change in under an hour. While they tried to follow the safety guidelines for the pandemic, there were customers who walked in without wearing masks. I read the sign on the door about medical conditions causing someone to not be able to wear a mask, but what I've learned is that this is mental fear because people can breathe with the mask on. None of the maskless people stayed as they didn't have appointments, but I hope that if one ever is present for a longer time, that the Service Center would have a way to keep them on one side of the room away from the rest of the customers. The person who helped me at the counter was very helpful in explaining how their checking the car came out. More

A fee is a fee which would be the same no matter who I am or where I live. It isn't a tax issue; dealers who charge these bogus fees can answer plainly, as other dealerships did when I asked them . I guess they were too embarrassed by the amount to mention it without a way to nag at me after they gave the answer. No problem in the end - - - we simply bought a luxury Ford from another dealer.
