I was not planning on buying a new car when I pulled into the lot to "look". BJ Thompson appeared immediately after I got out of the car to "look" into the explorers for the seat combination I wanted. He w the lot to "look". They seemed reliable, I just had a oil change not much to that , it was quick bc there was no other customer there . I’ve went when they are busy and it takes a while so you want to leave your car and come b that , it was quick bc there was no other customer there .
