I had a recall done, that was fine. But they suggested other stuff , that needed done. The work was done, after the technician made a mistake in accomplishing the job. Very disappointed honestly, when my truck binds there is a popping noise in the rear end. Either a strut or a shock. I’ve owned a bunch of mud tires and they all sound the same. My truck literally made the noise before I left the parking lot from picking it up after nobody could hear anything. SCOTT was very personal. . they took r he vehicle in and ran a diagnostic test on my car. I was there for a recall. They found other issues that needed addressed. Work accomplished...but the technician broke a part that needed replaced. ( he didn't tell the service advisor) . Upon picking up the car I was informed of the problem. I was livid, that the problem wasn't fixed. Scott saw to it I had transportation for the day. The technician should be reprimanded. Over all the experience was good. I will come back for service again. More
